Written Answers - Dairy Hygiene Scheme.

Question:

140 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the reason a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny has not been successful in respect of the dairy hygiene scheme. [25885/99]

Under the terms and conditions of the national dairy hygiene scheme, an applicant must have not more than 100 income units. The application from the person named was deemed ineligible as his income units were in excess of 100.
