331 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Land Registry will expedite a dealing for persons (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that all queries have been answered. [26613/99]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a transfer for sale and a grant of right of way which was lodged on 13 January 1999. It is expected that the registration should be completed within the next six weeks.
