355 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a property transfer with the ground rent section of the Land Registry office for persons (details supplied) in County Wexford will be expedited; and when it will be completed. [26939/99]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this matter refers to a ground rents application for a vesting certificate. I understand that the arbitrator made an award in this case on the 10 December 1999. The applicant's solicitor was informed on the same date that the applicants can lodge the purchase price within 28 days and that a vesting certificate will issue shortly thereafter.
