Visit of Scottish Parliamentarians

Before proceeding with Priority Questions, I take the opportunity to welcome to Dáil Éireann Mr. Alasdair Morrison, MSP, Deputy Minister for Enterprise in the Highlands, Islands and Gaelic of the Scottish Parliament who is here today in the Distinguished Visitors' Gallery.
