66 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Finance if he has received communication from an association (details supplied) seeking assistance for its work in maintaining Irish culture and education in Argentina; and if he will provide financial assistance towards the association. [26796/99]

I understand from the Minister of State at the Office of Public Works that he recently received a letter from the association referred to by the Deputy, the contents of which have yet to be considered.
