120 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the main recommendations of the Garda Commissioner's review of Garda clearance arrangements for child care workers; the plans, if any, he has to act on these recommendations; the action, if any, he has taken to date; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
