623 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands if the information memorandum regarding RTE and Digico is completed; if it will be made available to all protectively interested commercial parties; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [1001/00]
The information memorandum which will in due course be issued to potential investors as part of the ongoing process to establish a new commercial entity which will be responsible for the provision of terrestrial transmission and technical facilities to broadcasters in the future has not yet been completed. The parties to whom the information memorandum is to be made available will be determined at the appropriate time.
