36 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if he will defer proceeding with deportation orders in respect of Romanian asylum seekers until legal proceedings against the Romanian authorities under articles 1, 3, 5, 9, 13, 14 and 17 by virtue of articles 33 and 52 of the European Convention of Human Rights have been resolved; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
