51 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the progress, if any, in relation to an application for funding from Lisdowney Development Association, Lisdowney, County Kilkenny for the provision of a resource centre; and if his Department will expedite a decision on the application in view of the urgency of the project. This association does not appear to have made an application for funding to my Department though I understand that the South-Eastern Health Board has allocated £32,000 towards the project. In the event that an application for funding is received by my Department it will be considered in association with the local health board.
