240 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Education and Science when approval will be given for the building stage of an extension to the Mercy school, St. John's Road, Wexford, for which the plans were submitted to his Department in August 1999; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The project is being processed as quickly as possible having regard to the large number of school building projects on hand within my Department.
