Question:129 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a ewe premium payment will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal. [4646/00]

Under the terms and conditions of the 1999 ewe premium scheme applicants had to submit an application for at least ten eligible ewes. As the application from the person named was for nine ewes only, he was deemed ineligible for payment under the scheme.
