Seán Haughey
Question:209 Mr. Haughey asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will review the driving licence regulations in order that an endorsement automatically takes effect from the time it is made in the court rather than from the time the licence is produced to the local authority in view of the fact that many drivers are unaware that they must actually hand in the licence to get the endorsement stamped on it; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
