Vol. 516 No. 1

Written Answers. - Hospital Waiting Lists.

Gay Mitchell

Question:

89 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children if a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 will be admitted to Tallaght hospital for treatment without delay. [7216/00]

The scheduling of orthopaedic procedures in this case is the responsibility, in the first instance, of the Adelaide and Meath Hospital incorporating the National Children's Hospital. I have, therefore, asked the chief executive officer of the hospital to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply directly to him.
