241 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the additional documentation and information, if any, required in the case of a person (details supplied) who is applying for a visa to enter the country; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [8531/00]

The application in question has been reviewed in my Department and I am now prepared to approve the granting of a visit visa in this case.
