I move:
That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding for a Framework of Co-operation between the Government of Ireland and the Government of the State of Israel in the field of Industrial, Scientific and Technological Development, copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 25 November, 1999.
