82 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he will instruct the Land Commission to expedite the completion of a vesting order (details supplied) of a particular division of land for lodgement in the Land Registry Office in view of the fact the delay is causing hardship for those involved. The case referred to by the Deputy is complex and dates back to the 1930s. It has proven difficult to trace the exact history of the lands in question which is a prerequisite before a decision concerning vesting can be made. Every effort is being made to resolve the matter.
