161 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Finance the position regarding the ownership of the lands used by a club (details supplied) in Dublin 9; and if consideration will be given to giving a more permanent lease to the club. [10167/00]

The lands in question are owned in freehold by the State and are managed by the Commissioners of Public Works. As part of an agreement made with the club last year the commissioners extended the lease by 40 years to 2052. The club has accepted this agreement.
