22 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will approve the contract documents for a new sewerage scheme in Knock, County Mayo; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9524/00]
The Knock sewerage scheme has been included in my Department's water services investment programme to advance through planning.
Contract documents received in the Department in December 1999, are now being considered following receipt of a certificate of completion of planning within the past fortnight.
