201 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Finance the rate of interest payable on the £287 million from the Social Insurance Fund invested in a Exchequer note with the National Treasury Management Agency; and the other relevant terms of the investment including whether it is on call for a fixed term or otherwise. [10492/00]

The amount of IR£287 million from the social insurance fund was invested in an Exchequer note on 10 February 2000 for a fixed term of nine months at an interest rate of 3.805% per annum.
