I refer the Deputy to my reply to Parliamentary Question No. 39 on Tuesday, 7 March 2000 where I indicated that the working group on the review of the coroner service will shortly be concluding its deliberations which include an examination of the 1962 Coroners Act. I expect to have the group's final report within the next few months.
