285 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Education and Science the status of an application from the board of management of Dysart national school, Mullingar, County Westmeath, for refurbishment and renewals and a new sewerage system; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11383/00]

My Department has agreed to initiate architectural planning for improved accommodation at Dysart national school and the project will be dealt with as quickly as possible having regard to the large number of school building projects on hand within my Department.
