Question:177 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Social, Community and Family Affairs if he will list any public contracts awarded by his Department to a company (details supplied); the full list of such contracts; the purpose for which they were awarded; if the tax clearance requirements for public contracts were complied with in each case; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I propose to take Questions Nos. 176 and 177 together.
My Department does not currently have any contract with this company for the provision of any services nor are there records of the Department having placed a contract with this company in the past.
