183 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands the plans she has to launch a new capital development incentive scheme; the timeframe for announcements, applications and allocations relating to a new scheme; and if she will ensure that a theatre (details supplied) in County Dublin, which needs to expand to cater for growing audiences, will be kept informed of all developments relating to the scheme. I hope to announce in the near future the establishment of a major new initiative in relation to the provision of an adequate capital infrastructure nationwide for the arts and cultural activities. I will arrange that an application form and guidelines will be issued to the theatre to which he refers when available.
