(Dr. Woods): I am aware of the need to proceed as quickly as possible with the appointment of a building contractor so that construction of the new community college at Ferrybank can commence. In this context, I have instructed my officials to ensure that every effort is made to resolve expeditiously difficulties that have emerged in this matter.
