Question:102 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if she will list any public contracts awarded by her Department to a company (details supplied); the full list of such contracts; the purpose for which they were awarded; if the tax clearance requirements for public contracts were complied with in each case; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I propose to take Questions Nos. 101 and 102 together.
Since I became Minister, the company (details supplied) has not been employed by my Department in any capacity and, from a trawl of my Department's records as far back as 1991, has never been employed by the Department.
