Question:

375 Mr. Hayes asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the amount of resources expended by his Department on the first-time buyer's grant for each of the years from 1995 to 2000; his estimation of the number of persons who received this grant over the same period; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
