477 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when folios and file plan maps will issue from the Land Registry Office to persons (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that they are urgently required. [12578/00]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that these applications were lodged on 6 March 2000. I am further informed that both certified copy filed plans for folios 3423 County Mayo and 16897 County Mayo issued to the applicant's solicitors on 15 March 2000 and 25 March 2000 respectively.
Registration of the application in respect of folio 39615 County Mayo – closed to 3570F County Mayo – is pending. I can inform the Deputy that this application is being expedited by the Land Registry and should be completed within the next three to four working days.
