608 Mr. S. Ryan asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will report on the application submitted by the board of management of St. Patrick's senior school, Skerries, County Dublin, for additional accommodation for September 2000 to facilitate an additional appointment to the school on enrolment figures; and if he will sanction this application as a matter of urgency in view of the need to secure planning permission for such accommodation. My Department is currently assessing the long-term accommodation requirements of St. Patrick's senior school, Skerries. When this assessment has been completed, the matter will be progressed further.
