On Second Stage I referred to a report to the House in relation to multilateral institutions. Can the Minister of State indicate the position is in that regard?

Deputy McDowell asked me a question regarding the laying of the report before the Oireachtas before the end of March and he is correct in saying we are slightly late. The report is being finalised and has gone to our officials in Washington to be signed off. The report will be published as soon as possible.

I thank Members for their contribution to the debate and for its speedy passage. I thank my officials for their help and co-operation.
