I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that a refund cheque for £138.69 will issue to the taxpayer today, 16 May 2000.

Question:143 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Finance if a person (details supplied) in County Cork is entitled to a VAT refund. [13550/00]
I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that an application for refund of VAT, incurred in respect of the construction of a farm building, was received on 5 May 2000 from the person referred to by the Deputy.
A cheque for the refund was issued recently to the taxpayer.
