224 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Education and Science the current position in relation to having a special needs assistant appointed to a school (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13782/00]

I am pleased to inform the Deputy that 15 hours per week special needs assistant support has been sanctioned to the school in question to cater for the needs of a pupil enrolled in the school.
