The Deputy will be aware that the Minister for the Environment and Local Government and the Minister of State at the Department of the Environment and Local Government with responsibility for housing and urban renewal have commissioned Peter Bacon and Associates, economic consultants, to assist with a further analysis of the housing market. I understand that the report is expected shortly. I will consider any recommendations made in the report that are of a fiscal character.
