150 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands if the new publication on the protocol dealing with the criteria for flying of the national flag is available; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [15177/00]

A draft of the new edition of the booklet "An Bhratach Náisiúnta" is at an advanced stage of preparation. It is anticipated the new booklet will be available by the autumn.
