Question:117 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Finance if he will ask the Revenue Commissioners to review the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 6W. [16218/00]
Written Answers. - Tax Liability.
I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that enquires are ongoing into the tax affairs of the individual in question. On completion of these enquires the inspector of taxes will then be in a position to review the taxpayer's overall liability, if any, for the relevant period.
