142 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will have examin ations made into the facilities and resources available to a school (details supplied) in County Tipperary as the school has a number of children requiring remedial and resource needs; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has sanctioned the appointment of a full-time remedial teacher and a full-time resource teacher to the school in question. I have asked my Department's inspectorate to investigate the educational needs of the pupils referred to by the Deputy. My Department will be on touch with the school authorities when this investigation is completed.
