130 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will instruct the South Eastern Health Board to process the appeal which Deputy Aylward lodged on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny against its decision to refuse her application under the housing aid for the elderly scheme. The housing aid scheme is operated in the Kilkenny area by the South Eastern Health Board on behalf of the Department of Environment and Local Government.

I have asked the chief executive officer of the board to examine the case mentioned and respond directly to the Deputy as soon as possible.
