Question:399 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a land transaction for a person (details supplied) in County Kildare will be dealt with by the Land Registry Office. [18140/00]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that in the absence of a folio number and from a search of their maps it would appear that the property mentioned by the Deputy is registered on folio 15053, County Kildare, and that there is no application pending. However, without an indication of the exact location of the property on the Land Registry maps this is not conclusive. If the Deputy can let me have the dealing number, folio number, date of lodgement and the name of the lodging party, I will have further enquiries made in the matter.
