402 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the proposals, if any, he has to locate a legal aid board facility in Dungarvan, County Waterford; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18230/00]

I have been informed by the Legal Aid Board that there are no plans at present to open a full-time or part-time law centre in Dungarvan, County Waterford. However, I can assure the Deputy that this matter will be kept under consideration.
