474 Mr. Higgins (Dublin West) asked the Minister for Education and Science if repairs to a school (details supplied) in County Dublin will be expedited and completed by the start of the new school term in September 2000. [18243/00]
My Department is currently processing an application from the management authorities of the school in question for grant aid towards improvement works. I can assure the Deputy that the application is being dealt with as quickly as possible having regard to the large number of such projects on hand at present.
The board of management will be kept informed of developments.
