509 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Education and Science the plans, if any, he has for the development of the land purchased by Waterford Institute of Technology at Carriganore, County Waterford; the time-scale involved; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18465/00]
My Department is awaiting the outcome of a feasibility study on the Carriganore property, which will identify the area of the property most suited to Waterford Institute of Technology's – WIT – needs. The development of Carriganore will then be considered in the context of the continuing development of the campus at WIT.
