76 Mr. Callely asked the Taoiseach the countries, quantity and value of beef exported for each of the years 1984, 1989, 1994, and 1999; if he will give comparison figures for turkey, chicken and lamb; the level of imports of such foodstuffs; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The following tables shows the quantity and value, country of origin and destination of beef, turkey, chicken and lamb which were imported and exported for the years 1984, 1989, 1994 and 1999.
