79 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if he has had any communication from community representatives in the Donadea area of Kildare regarding the future of Donadea Forest Park, with particular reference to the locally expressed need for the development of the area as a national park, including the restoration of buildings; if discussions have taken place with Dúchas in this regard; if his Department has had discussions with the Department of Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands on the possibility of the development of the buildings and lands as a national park and an interpretative centre; if he has had sight of a consultant's report which may have a bearing on the future of the forest; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The question of the future of Donadea Forest Park is a day to day operational issue for Coillte Teoranta.
