252 Mrs. B. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will make an urgent decision on an application on behalf of a number of pupils with special needs in a school (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18857/00]

I am aware of the application mentioned by the Deputy. My Department's inspectorate is investigating this application. When this investigation is completed a decision will be made in the case.
