49 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the reason for the delay in the proposed Dungarvan sewerage scheme, County Waterford; when he expects that this will become operative; and if it will definitely include the Ballinacourty and Clonea areas in view of the fact that the lack of this facility is seriously impeding the development of the area. I refer to the reply to Question No. 308 of 27 June 2000. It is a matter for the local authority to progress the scheme, which will serve the areas referred to, to the next stage.
