72 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the baseline 1999 spending by the State in respect of the categories set out in the National Development Plan 2000-2006 for spending on RTDI in the areas of education, industry, collaboration networks, infrastructure and natural resource based industries; the level of additional private sector spending which is expected to be leveraged by the indicative amount of State spending in each area; and if the expected leveraged private sector spending is additional to or included in Table 6.5 of the Plan.
