377 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the number of refusals for each of the past five years in respect of applications for Land Commission sub-division consent under section 12 of the Land Act, 1965. [19501/00]

Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development (Mr. Walsh):

There is no record in my Department of any application by a landowner for consent under section 12 of the Land Act 1965 to subdivision of his/her holding being refused over the last five years.
