Question:140 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Finance if he will arrange with the stamps branch section of the Revenue Commissioners to expedite a dealing (details supplied) in County Kilkenny. [20853/00]

I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the instrument transferring the lands in question was stamped on 6 September 2000, and returned shortly thereafter to the solicitors acting in the case.
