236 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Recreation if he has approved an application for the refurbishment of a swimming pool (details supplied) in Dublin 10; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21443/00]

The proposal to redevelop a swimming pool in Dublin 10 is being considered by my Department and our technical advisers at present. On completion of this examination, officials from my Department will be in contact with the local authority.
