91 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he will give favourable consideration to the application by a person (details supplied) in County Carlow for additional milk quota under the 500,000 gallons scheme in view of the recommendation of Teagasc to this application. I understand that the person in question has submitted an application for additional quota to the milk quota appeals tribunal under the 500,000 gallons scheme and his case will be considered as soon as possible.
