246 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Health and Children the number of applications he has received for lottery funding in County Sligo and County Leitrim; the amount of funding allocated in these counties under each category; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21884/00]
One organisation based in County Leitrim has applied for a grant from the 2000 health and children allocation of national lottery funds towards the cost of purchasing a wheelchair accessible holiday home. The application is under consideration for a grant from my Department and the organisation will be informed as soon as a decision has been made.
No applications for national lottery funding have been received by my Department from County Sligo.
